REACH Community Services Ltd. needed an interactive annual report design made only for screen, not print. The report had to express their 2025/26 theme, “Empowering Lives Together.” It also had to show the shared impact of donors, volunteers, staff, and beneficiaries. Readers needed a navigation system that let them move easily between sections.
Since the report was for screen only, we built every layout for digital reading. Nothing was adapted from a print version. The design relied on many cut-out photographs. Each one needed careful edge work to blend into the page and create a sense of movement.
Navigation was central to this interactive annual report design. We added a clickable menu tab on the right side of every page. A clickable Table of Contents lets readers jump straight to any section. The report also included a large amount of infographic data and illustrations. We created one illustration and infographic style to keep the whole publication consistent.
The visual direction, “Cultivating Community, Growing Hope,” drew on natural growth. Plant-inspired elements appear throughout the report. They represent how donors, volunteers, staff, partners, and beneficiaries help hope and resilience grow — tying every section back to the “Empowering Lives Together” theme.
The final annual report gives REACH Community Services a clear, engaging digital publication. Layouts, photography, illustrations, and infographics work together to communicate impact. The clickable menu tabs and Table of Contents make the report easier to navigate.
This interactive annual report design reflects REACH’s values of compassion, collaboration, and hope — presenting the organisation’s work as a shared effort that supports the wider community.
